Please read the terms and conditions below. By making a purchase, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms. We aim to protect both you as the buyer and us as the seller. Please contact us for any clarification required.

 

Refund and Returns Policy

PACE Customs is completely committed to your absolute satisfaction. It is a core company principle to ensure a satisfactory experience for PACE customers. We aim to react constructively when a customer expresses reasonable dissatisfaction. We aspire to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. Nevertheless, PACE reserves the right to withhold any monies legitimately owed to us in the event of a breach of our trading terms.

All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please reject the item. Should an item be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please take photos and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and work to resolve it. Please note that a third party signing for an item that is subsequently found to be damaged or unsuitable may affect your rights.


Purchasing

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Simply browse our catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy, and add them to the shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Order’ tab, and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to process your order.

 

Prices and Payment

Paying for your order couldn’t be simpler. We accept the majority of credit and debit cards through our online ordering system. We reserve the right to refuse suspicious payments and to carry out security verification where appropriate. We do not charge surcharges for any payment method we accept. At PACE Customs, we believe in clear pricing. All our prices include VAT (currently 20%) and delivery charges within the UK mainland unless otherwise stated. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before any payment is processed. Customers with any issues should contact PACE Customs directly, not the finance provider.


Delivery and Returns Information

At PACE, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days when the product is in stock. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to inform you. We endeavour to carry large stocks to minimise delivery delays. If we are out of stock of a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made for the product in question if requested.

Please be aware that PACE Customs will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for fitting our products, whether faulty or not. Please note that all items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns policy. Where modifications are made that take the vehicle beyond the manufacturer’s original design specification and impact other parts or systems of the car, it is the vehicle owner who bears all responsibility and liability.

If you no longer require any items within your order, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order and return the undamaged goods to us. Details of where to return the product are included in the dispatch packaging. All of our products are made with the highest-quality materials and checked prior to dispatch.

PACE will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account. If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank. To clarify, if you have any issues with your product, you have the right to contact us to resolve the issue, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Security

Credit Card Security – All credit card numbers are encrypted in our system when the order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure sales computer and are not held in clear text on any website.

 

Please Note

Occasionally, an error may occur, and goods may be incorrectly priced or described. In such cases, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or description. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time. We will, at our discretion, either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Goods will only be released after full payment funds have been cleared or authorised.

We welcome social media feedback but hope that any issues are directed back to us at PACE Customs so that we can address them before they are published more widely.

At PACE, we do not tolerate unreasonable, abusive, or threatening behaviour or demands by customers towards members of the company or its associates.

We endeavour to ensure all information generated by PACE is correct and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee this. All images are for illustration purposes only and may not be 100% accurate. We will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of errors on our website. We do not accept any association with us, our website, or social media, without written consent. We retain the right to withdraw any consent without notice.
