PACE Customs are completely committed to your absolute satisfaction. It is a core company principal to ensure a satisfactory experience for PACE customers. We aim to react constructively when a customer expresses a reasonable dissatisfaction. We aspire to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. Nevertheless, PACE reserve the right to withhold monies legitimately owed to us where there is a breach of our trading terms. 

All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please reject the item. Should an item be damaged, defective or simply wrong, please take photos and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and seek to resolve it. Please note, a third party signing for an item that is subsequently found to be damaged or unsuitable, may effect your rights.
