All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please reject the item. Should an item be damaged, defective or simply wrong, please take photos and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and seek to resolve it. Please note, a third party signing for an item that is subsequently found to be damaged or unsuitable, may effect your rights.
