Nevertheless, PACE reserve the right to withhold monies legitimately owed to us where there is a breach of our trading terms. 

All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, please reject the item. Should an item be damaged, defective or simply wrong, please take photos and contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and seek to resolve it. Please note, a third party signing for an item that is subsequently found to be damaged or unsuitable, may effect your rights.

Delivery and Returns Information

At PACE, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days when the product is in stock. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you to inform you. We endeavour to carry large stocks to minimise delivery delays. If we are out of stock of a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payments made for the product in question if requested.

Please be aware that PACE Customs will not be held responsible for any labour costs incurred for fitting our products, whether faulty or not. Please note that all items must be installed by a qualified mechanic at a registered garage. Failure to do this will invalidate any warranty and returns policy. Where modifications are made that take the vehicle beyond the manufacturer’s original design specification and impact other parts or systems of the car, it is the vehicle owner who bears all responsibility and liability.

If you no longer require any items within your order, you have 14 days after delivery to cancel your order and return the undamaged goods to us. Details of where to return the product are included in the dispatch packaging. All of our products are made with the highest-quality materials and checked prior to dispatch.

PACE will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account. If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank. To clarify, if you have any issues with your product, you have the right to contact us to resolve the issue, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
